The Mixstress Workshop | Awakening Ginger & Brown Sugar Scrub
I rarely ever toot my own horn, but in this case I will: I may purchase scrubs but I’ve never found them to be like the ones I make myself, especially this one! With ginger as the key ingredient, I wouldn’t recommend using this scrub in the evening just as you’re about to wind down for bed because of its uplifting and zesty aroma thus making it the perfect morning scrub. Naturally warming and a stimulant, ginger oil is superb for tackling cellulite around the thigh and bottom area to get the blood circulation going for that all important toxin removal. For added circulation power, you may want to store in the fridge.
You will need:
1 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of powdered ginger
1 cup ginger oil
