Muslimah Foodie | Beautiful Breakfast Pancakes!
Okay, the presentation might not be beautiful but it tastes beautiful and it’s made from beautifying ingredients! There’s milled flaxseed and goji berries, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes and I’ve substituted milk for soy milk.
Make your pancakes like usual but add the milled flaxseed and goji berries to the batter or you could mix it into some yoghurt and eat the pancakes with yoghurt instead. Chop up some mangoes and strawberries, sprinkle on some blueberries, drizzle some honey and you’ve got yourself some beautifying pancakes!
