Muslimah Beauty’s Top 5 British Beauty Brands
SAAF PURE SKINCARE
Saaf Pure Skincare is one of those brands that bring the spa experience back home. The products are incredibly rich, none of the products are artificially scented but rather with steam distilled essential oils such as lemon myrtle, geranium, lavender and chamomile. All products are halal and vegan too.
Molten Brown is up there on one of my ultimate favourite bath and body brands. The offerings from Molton Brown are so diverse that almost no one is left out. The Paradisiac Pink Pepperpod range is ideal for a woman on the go and the Sensual Hanaleni Moisture Bath & Shower will be appreciated by all women after a long day.
REN is a brand that has consistently pleased me with their products. The brand is almost synonymous with British luxury beauty because of the outstanding quality of the products. All of their products deliver especially the Moroccan Rose range.
My top picks from REN are the Moroccan Rose Otto Bath Oil, No.1 Purity Cleansing Balm and Moroccan Rose Otto Sugar Body Polish.
Who doesn’t love to light a candle every now and then? Jo Malone candles are my favourite British candles. The scents aren’t as deep as the usual scents I prefer but the scents very sophisticated and they’re the kind of candles you’d gladly show off in your living room. Jo Malone has a great bath and body range too; I particularly love the bath oils.
SOAP & GLORY
Soap & Glory may be a very young brand but it’s one that’s quickly become one of my favourites. The quirky names, packaging and clever branding have grabbed the attention of not just the UK but in the UAE too where you can find their products in Boots.
My picks from Soap & Glory are Flake Away, Hand Food and Righteous Body Butter.
