Mixstress Workshop | Milk & Manuka Honey Face Mask
One thing I love about honey is that it helps so many skin concerns ranging from acne to very dry skin so this face mask will work for absolutely everyone. Also, manuka honey has the highest antibacterial properties than other types of honey which is just perfect for acne. Leave this on for 15 minutes and rinse off. Whilst rinsing off, massage your skin in circular motions as the powdered milk is a mild exfoliant because of its texture and it containing lactic acid and will gently exfoliate the skin.
Say hello to smoother skin with this mask!
3 heaped tablespoons of powdered milk
1 tablespoon of Manuka honey
2 tablespoons of water
Mix the water and powdered milk so it turns into a paste.
Add the spoon of honey. This should make it thicker.
The paste should look similar to the image above; if it doesn’t, adjust by adding more water or more powdered milk.
