Deep Heat Muscle Rescue Bath Soak

Deep Heat Muscle Rescue Bath Soak

photo 2Just 15 minutes into a kettlebell workout and I’m left with limbs like jelly. What follows is days of limping around, but as the saying goes, health is wealth so I do my best to keep schtum and get on with it. However when the pain gets unbearable and running for the bus when I need to get to a lecture seems like mission impossible, I turn to my trusty tube of Deep Heat, but I’ve recently discovered something that’s truly pure bliss after subjecting myself to torture working out – their Muscle Rescue Bath Soak. It’s become a post-workout tradition to crack open a bottle of the stuff. The Muscle Rescue Bath Soak* contains rosemary, orange and patchouli essential oils to relax and unwind. There’s also magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium thrown in there for good measure to help re-balance, revive and relax the muscles.

Once you’re out of the bath I can’t promise you a miracle, you’ll probably still feel those muscles aching, but if it’s the last the last thing you do before you hit the sack those essential oils would have calmed you down and dozing off in no time. Eight hours later you’ll wake up feeling a lot less achy and more likely to run to that bus on time!
