Breaking the ‘Makeup Rules’ Works This Time!
Former supermodel Iman is one of the worlds most gorgeous women. She barely ages and will still out-stage the youngins! I came across an interview she done with Black Enterprise where her makeup is extremely glamourous and definitely fits in with her supermodelness. You’ve read time and time again in countless magazines, that you should never have both a bold eye and lip but, I wouldn’t be so quick to say so! You can actually pull off the look and Iman certainly does in this interview. She’s got this smokey eye going on with a brown/burgundy lipstick. Beautiful.
Thanks for posting this up, it’s good to learn from such a strong woman. My sister too told me you don’t do bold eye and lip together, but my skin tone is different to hers, so I think it’s a case of how comfortable and confident you feel to carry that off to be honest. Like, I don’t feel confident wearing a red lip, but a berry one that’s a bit darker than I normally wear is fine on occasion.
