Philosphy are making quite a claim by calling their eye cream a Miracle Worker and I expect nothing less, but did it live up to its name?
Philosophy’s Miracle Worker Miraculous Anti-Aging Eye Cream is a cream which ‘addresses advanced signs of aging around the eye area for a visibly revitalized appearance. Formulated with a combination of retinoid technology and peptides, Philosophy’s Miraculous Anti-Aging Eye Cream is clinically proven to significantly improve the appearance of deep wrinkles and lines around the delicate eye area, all while improving skin elasticity and firmness’. I’m far too young to be worrying about wrinkles and lines but I was just randomly browsing through Boots when a sales assistant recommended me to try it and they say that prevention is better than cure so I’ve been using it for a few months to work its magic around the eye area. When I first used it, I couldn’t help but fall in love with its rich consistency which gets a thumbs from me. The skin around my eyes is a little dry so I needed something to hydrate the area but something that can sink into the skin and it does exactly that. There’s nothing I hate more about an eye cream than for it to be greasy which will then ruin my make-up.
I’ve loved this eye cream since the first time I tried it but, I knew it was a keeper when I was using it between flights. I came back to London from Saudi Arabia the other day and I went to the bathroom mid-flight only to see a deep line on my left eye which was so weird and that’s how I knew that the evil plane had sucked the moisture from my skin so I reached for the Miracle Worker and the rest is perfect eyes history! I stepped off that plane looking so fresh eyed that you wouldn’t believe that I’d been plane hopping for nearly 8 hours!
My verdict? Miracle Worker it is!
