During my stay in Saudi Arabia, I became very well acquainted with these pistachio flavoured yoghurts; creamy, rich, tasty and like a little party in your mouth but sadly I’ve come back to life in everyday London and that life doesn’t involve those dreamy little deserts but when Ewa from Social Beautify and Grace of All That Slap hosted a wonderful event last week, the Nip + Fab Pistachio Sundae Body Butter* was in the goody bag that they put together, I think it’s safe to say that I’ve got a decent replacement!
The minute I opened this my nose was met with the most delicious gourmand smell and I was instantly reminded of the Laura Mercier Creme de Pistache collection but its price of the Creme de Pistache Souffle Body Creme is extortionate for £43.50 when the Nip + Fab Pistachio Sundae Body Butter is £8.49 at Boots. Having tried both, I can say that the Laura Mercier rival is richer whereas the Nip + Fab Body Butter is runnier than other body butters but that’s a good thing; I hate products that are too rich. I also love that the body butter sinks into the skin so perfectly. What you’re left with after it all sinks in is silky touchable skin thanks to avocado oil which repairs the skin, honey which conditions and smoothes and Aquaxyl, a moisturising compound to provide 24 hour moisture.
As well as indulging your sense of smell, this luxurious but cheap as chips body butter is also for dry, dehydrated skin which is convenient as we’ve got some bitter winter weather coming our way soon. I’ll definitely be buying this again and again and again.. and again!
