I have a love/hate relationship with avocados; sometimes I love them in my salads and smoothies and other times I feel sick at the thought of an avocado passing my lips. I don’t know why, but what I do know is that I love love love avocados on my hair. Its packed with protein so it helps to strengthen the hair and treat any damage from colouring and heat. Mayonnaise is also another source of protein for your hair as it contains eggs so mixing the avocado and mayonnaise together makes it a super protein treat for your locks but it’s not quite super without honey! Honey, draws moisture to the hair so if your hair’s particularly parched because of the winter weather then this is a mask for you.
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
